ESAB's EM 210 MIG/Flux core welder and EMP 210 MIG/Stick/TIG welder are inverter-based power supplies, suitable for most car/truck repair and repair, light manufacturing and construction work.

The company stated that these devices have the most advanced digital controls commonly found on industrial machines and use power management technology to provide positive arc starting and a smooth and stable welding arc. The two welders weigh 29 pounds and can provide up to 200 amps of MIG welding power. EMP 210 also provides improved TIG and bar welding performance. Both units use 115/230V mains power and can operate with a 10 kVA output generator. ESAB stated that the technology built into the EM 210 and EMP 210 systems allows welders to better control the weld pool, thereby providing higher quality work for welding steel, stainless steel or MIG aluminum.
